Code: 710
Dimensions:
An 18th century, circa 1760, Chelsea porcelain scent bottle modelled as a greengage plum with leaves and stalks, with a chased gold or gilt metal girdle and neck, and a leaf and branch stopper, most likely a replacement.
Measurements:
Height: 7cm (2.8in)
Diameter: 3.2cm (1.3in)
Condition: Excellent. Examined under high magnification and ultraviolet light. No damage or restoration. Although well-matched to the bottle, the leaf and branch stopper is loose when fitted and, therefore, likely a replacement.
