A rarity to find, particularly in working order, this delightful and finely cast antique bronze of a spaniel has an articulated jaw that works as a paper, note, or letter holder. Most likely intended for desk use.

Height: 4.25in (11cm)

Condition: In very good condition for its age, the dog’s jaw still holds paper or cards firmly. There are small rough/verdigris patches to the right side of its snout and lower right leg and a tiny scuff loss of patina on its left side.
