A miniature Japanese Meiji period cloisonne vase, circa 1895, decorated with butterflies and flower heads, with aventurine sparkles to the butterfly wings. 12.3cm (4.8in) high

Condition: There is an area of restoration to the enamel at the base of the neck and a bruise/loss to the enamel adjacent to one of the white flower heads on the underside of the body. Minor signs of wear elsewhere.
